Rolls Royce Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria:
- Diploma /NITEC/ITE in Marine or Heavy Duty Automotive Engineering
- Sound knowledge in usage of basic manual measurement tools such as bore gauges, dial gauges, ring gauges etc.
- PCN level 2 standards in performing of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods of dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection testing.
- Knowledge in CMM programming is preferred.
- Working experience on diesel engine is a plus.
- Strong drive and initiative with the ability to work under pressure and highly independent.
- Good professional communication (fluent English in speaking and writing), interpersonal and collaborative.
- Familiar in usage of common Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

- MTU Asia (Rolls-Royce Power Systems) is currently hiring for a Senior Quality Control Technician to join our workshop in Jurong.

Key Accountabilities:
- Inspect MTU products and components at MTU workshop or at site in accordance with MTU manuals and/or specific given instructions.
- Generate reports for overhauled engines/components on time as required.
- Conduct improvement projects to increase productivity, efficiency and/or safety at the workplace
- Liaise with Supervisors and in-house Technical Specialist for technical assistance when required.
- Advise, instruct and train the team members in carrying out the assigned tasks, in using of MTU documentations, tools etc.
- Observe the safety regulations of WSHA and guidelines/risk assessment from the company’s WHS Committee when performing work at-site or at customer’s premises.
