Direct Recruitment:
- 1st class B.E/B.Tech/MCA/or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 3 years of experience or PG Degree in Engineering / Technology in relevant discipline with 1 year experience
- 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 3 years’ experience or postgraduate degree in domain specific discipline with 3 years’ experience
- D in relevant discipline.
Deputation/Transfer (Absorption):
Holding analogous post on regular basis or Three years of regular service in revised scale of Pay Matrix Level 10 (pre-revised pay scale Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-)
Possessing the qualifications and experience prescribed for Direct Recruitment mode above

The selected candidates will be offered Pay Matrix Level 11 of the 7th CPC (pre-revised pay scale PB3 Rs.15600 – Rs.39100 + GP Rs.6600).
