Act as escalation instance at senior management level for all operational incidents and problems; ensure observation of operational security regulations Define a standard carrier management framework including bonus / malus system for incidents, unplanned maintenance works, evidence of unexpected / un-communicated single point of failures Secure full alignment and synchronization with the regional teams of all major activities involving the International & Core Network.
