HAL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Apprentice:
Diploma/Graduates in the respective branch of Engineering (Aeronautical Engineer, Computer Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer (E&TC), Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer, Pharmacist & Nursing Assistant) or Graduate in Pharmacy or Graduate (B SC) in Nursing or Diploma in Medical Lab technology or Diploma in Hotel Management
Radiologist:
MBBS with MD / DNB (Radiology) or MBBS with DMRD
Experience: Minimum 05-07years after Post Graduation
Apprenticeship Training:
The candidate must be ITI passed from the respective trades and their institute must be recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit:
Upper age limit is 65 Years as on the date of Advertisement. No further relaxation is admissible.
HAL Apprenticeship Salary for Diploma | HAL Apprenticeship Salary:
Engineering/Other Graduate Apprentices (Stipend: Rs.9000/- Per Month)
Technician (Diploma) Apprentices (Stipend: Rs.8000/- per Month)
Radiologist: Applicants are required to clearly indicate the expected remuneration per visit (considering minimum 02 hrs visit) in the application form. In addition to the remuneration per visits, the Visiting Consultants performing surgeries would be paid an extra amount of Rs.1000/- per surgery. The surgery would be conducted during the period of their regular visiting hours only. In addition to the aforesaid remuneration per visit / surgery fees, the selected candidate will be eligible for Conveyance reimbursement of Rs.12/- per km. However, minimum conveyance amount will be Rs.250/- per visit).
Apprenticeship Training: Stipend will be as per the Apprentices Act 1961 and shall be paid monthly.
HAL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
Suitable candidates from amongst the applicants will be shortlisted for Interview. Personal interview will be conducted at HAL Hospital, Ojhar Township. Final selection will be made based on the performance in the Interview. HAL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and /or the selection process there under.

STEP 1 (Form No.1): Register on apprenticeship portal ‘www.mhrdnats.gov.in’ Registration on this portal is a must for further application i.e. STEP 2.

The Specialist will be engaged initially for a period of two years, which may be extended further for two years based on the requirement of the Hospital and performance of the Specialist. Performance of the Specialist will be assessed by the Head of the Hospital during the said period. They will be reporting to the Head of the Hospital.
