FACT Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Age limit

Candidate minimum age limit should be 18 years and maximum is 35 years as on date of notification. Which means candidate should have been born on or between 29.03.1986 and 28.03.2003. Relaxation in maximum age limit is permissible up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, and for ex servicemen as per rules based on defense service.

Education Qualification

Candidate should pass SSLC (Class 10^th) is Mandatory to apply for this recruitment. Candidate should have a Certificate in Food Production / Cooking from a government Food Craft Institute / Institute recognized by Government.

Required Experience

Candidate should have Five (05) years (Post Qualification) experience as Cook (Non-vegetarian / Vegetarian) in an Industrial Canteen / Similar establishment. Candidate without required experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with the required / relevant experience.

FACT Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary of Rs. 18,000/- per month and an increase of 3% on completion of one year. Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, Shift allowance, TA & DA for duty travel will be applicable based on eligibility, as per Rules of the company.

FACT Recruitment 2021 Selection process

• Selection for this recruitment among eligible candidates shall be based on Written Test and / or Practical test or by such other method found suitable as decided by the company.
• FACT Reserves the right to decide on the mode of selection. The decision of the Company about the mode of selection, requirements, eligibility criteria, shortlisting of candidates etc. shall be final and binding.
• The engagement will be subject to the candidate being medically fit and continuing to be medically fit during the period of contract as per the standards prescribed by the Company.

FACT Recruitment 2021 Conditions for Appointment

• The engagement will be for a term of two years, renewable for a maximum period of 2 spells of one year each, at the discretion of the Management, subject to requirement, performance, assessment etc. Engagement is also liable to be terminated by the Management with 15 days’ notice or pay in lieu of notice, at its discretion without assigning any reason.
• Since the work involves shift working, only male candidates are eligible to apply.
