The 36th National Games was held at the EKA Arena, TransStadia in Ahmedabad on Sunday. Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the anthem and mascot for the Program. At the event, the Union Home Minister made a statement that Ahmedabad will be made the World’s Biggest Sports City soon – while the City already has the World’s Largest Stadium, Narendra Modi Stadium in it.
As per his Speech, Shah says – PM Narendra Modi has earlier Initiated the Khel Mahakumbh – 10 Years Ago to Make Gujarat, a Sport Oriented State. This Official Announcement on the World’s Biggest Sports City in India was made in front of World Top Dignitaries Present at the events. Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports stated that the Sports Event will be held from September 29 to October 12, 2022 in six cities of Gujarat.
