Uttarakhand Forest Released Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board Recruitment 2021 – Apply for Internship Program – Vacancy Details, Application Procedure and Official Website were given–  Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board has released a recruitment notification for Internship program for various departments on temporary basis at Uttarkhand Biodiversity board, dehradun. UK Biodiversity Vacancy 2021

• There were 4 vacancies offered for intern in the each department of Botany/Plant Science/Forestry/ Ecology/ Ethnobotany, Zoology/Wildlife,
• Three Vacancies were offered for each department of Horticulture/Floriculture, Agriculture/Agro science
• Two vacancies were offered for the each post of Weed Sciences, Entomology and Microbiology/Aquatic Botany/Aquatic Biology

Uttarakhand Forest Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate age should not exceed maximum of 35 years and for all department intern applicants should have good working knowledge on computers, good communication skills and writing skills.
2. For the post of interns in the department of Botany/Plant Science/Forestry/ Ecology/ Ethno botany, Zoology/Wildlife, Horticulture/Floriculture, Agriculture/Agro science and Microbiology/Aquatic Botany/Aquatic Biology candidate should have completed post graduated from the recognized University with minimum marks 55% in aggregate.
3. Intern in the department of weed science candidate should have completed M.Sc. in the relevant subjects or M.Sc. in Botany with minimum marks 55% in aggregate with specialization in Weed Sciences or other related subjects from recognized university
4. For inters in Entomology candidate should have completed  M.Sc. in the relevant subjects or M.Sc. in zoology with minimum marks 55% in aggregate with specialization in Entomology or other related subjects from recognized university.

Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board Selection Process

The member secretary of Uttarakhand Biodiversity Board is the appointing authority of all position. Based on the application shortlisted candidates will be called for Web Interview. Web Interview will be conducted through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet or Zoom or Cisco Webex. Meeting link and date will be informed through email individually.

Internship Contract Period

Candidate will be initially appointed for 6 months and extended further based on the recruitment and performance of that candidate. Contracts will terminated by 15 days notice on either side.
