Financial / Business:
- Design credit policies for Micro banking loans and review on a regular basis
- Understanding of the underlying risks associated with the segment to design the Policy and Processes
- Regular review and updating of the policy on time to time basis
- Monitor credit-granting process and ensure adherence to the laid down policies & procedures.
- Conduct periodic credit reviews of disbursed cases and keep informed to management on the observations.
- Keep track of policy deviations and measure performance of Micro banking loans.
- Review portfolio performance with business team for policy changes
Customer Service:
- Engage with customers and branch staff for any feedback on the products, policy, and process.
- Address branch and regional team’s queries/concerns on policy/process or documentation guidelines to be followed.

Internal Processes:
- Publishing key MIS at regular intervals
- Design and standardize Credit appraisal memos and other documents pertaining to Micro banking loans
- Suggest approval guidelines for exceptional cases recommended by Branch/ Credit staff
- To analyze the quality of the customers onboard with the help of various primary and secondary data.
Learning & Performance:
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all the products and their policy
- Timely completion of E-Learning modules assigned to the role
- Upgrade self and branch team about changes happening in the market
- Improve the probing skills to identify any issues in the field and report critical findings/observations for necessary action.
- Work in close coordination with team members; participate in the discussion to improve back-end processes and activities.
