• Recruiting and establishing a high-performance distribution network for Financial Consultants (FCs).
• These professional financial consultants (agents) will be trained, motivated, and driven to sell insurance.
• Prospective consumers are met with FCs in order to sell insurance solutions.
• Developing a solid relationship with the channel partners’ sales teams (Bank/NBFC/MFI/Broker)
• Getting to your sales goals based on your channel approach
• Meeting with potential consumers and selling insurance solutions with the help of the channel sales team
• SP Activation – Increase SP/Branch activation vs. LY average with timely review with TH/RH/ZH
• BSO/CSO Activation – Increase and drive BSO/CSO activation vs. LY average with timely reviews using TH/RH/ZH
• Drive productivity benchmarks in all verticals (Sales, Non-Sales, and BSOCSO).
• SMP Compliance: Ensure FLS, CSM, and TM compliance on a global, segmented, and call-by-call basis.
• Developing Capabilities – Working with L&D on additional skill-building initiatives, such as developing sales aids, internal employee engagement, and the R&R Contest – Contest and booster design, launch, and execution
