TNPSC Group 1 Eligibility Qualifications
TNPSC Group 1 Age Limit
- Candidate’s age should between 21 years to 32 years to apply for TNPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2021. BL completed upper age limit is 33 years.
- For application who belongs to SC, SC(A), ST, MBC/DC, BC, BCM and DW category upper age limit is 37 years for graduates and 38 years for BL Completed.
- Other age relaxations will be given as per Government norms.
TNPSC Group 1 Educational Qualification
Candidates should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University to apply for TNPSC Group 1 Examination. Preferable qualifications listed below. Knowledge in Tamil is must to apply for TNSPC recruitment 2021.
Deputy Superintendent of Police: Candidates who posses National Award for Physical Efficiency will be preferred.
Assistant Commissioner (C.T.): First preference will be given to candidates who completed both Commerce and Law with Diploma in Taxation Laws. 2nd preference will given for candidate who completed Commerce and Law. 3rd preference for Commerce or Law completed with Diploma in Taxation Law. 4th preference is for Commerce or Law completed.
Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies: 1st preference, MA (Cooperative) Degree. 2nd Preference, M.Com Degree with Co-operation as a subject and 3rd preference will be given for B.A. (Co-operation) Degree.
District Employment Officer: Candidates who completed degree in Economics or Education or Sociology or Statistics or Psychology and to those with Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science and Experience in Industrial or Personnel Management or Labor Welfare will be preferred.
Assistant Director of Rural Development Department: Candidate who completed PG in Rural Service of the Gandhigram Rural Institute or PG Degree/Diploma in Extension or Sociology to apply.

TNPSC Group 1 Selection Process
TNPSC Group 1 selection Process consists for Preliminary Examination, Mains Written examination and Oral Test. For more details about exam patter and qualifying marks read syllabus page. Syllabus link available in this page.
TNPSC Group 1 Salary Level
Selected candidates based on TNPSC Group 1 examination will get paid as per Level 22 pay scale that is Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500 per month.
TNPSC Application Fee Details
Candidates should have to pay Rs. 150 as Registration Fee, Rs. 100 as Preliminary Exam fee and Rs. 200 as Mains written exam fee. SC, ST and PwBD candidates need not to pay application fee.

- Complete One Time Registration then log in.
- Click TNSPC link and fill the application form.
- Upload required documents then submit it.
