Software Engineers Demand in India’s leading IT Companies were Increased: Fresher Hiring Target getting bigger – Demand of IT employees in India’s Leading IT Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro getting bigger every day. Due to the increased attrition rate the need of the IT employees become increased. Hiring rate of freshers doesn’t match requirement in IT sectors. Major IT Companies have doubled their hiring activities.
Wipro’s attrition rate was reported for 20 percent this time. Previously wipro estimated to hire 12000 freshers. But due to the increased demand of man power in IT sectors Wipro now planning to hire 17000 fresh graduates from campus Interview. Man power need for smaller IT companies also seems to be increased in numbers.

Wipro’s Chief Financial Officer, Jatin Dalal reported that around 8100 freshers has been hired in the June-September quarter and the company going to hire another 25000 people in next financial year. TCS also announced to hire 78000 freshers in year. Infosys also planning to hire 45000 College graduates from campus Interview.
