Telangana High Court Skill Test Hall Ticket 2020 Details
It is hereby informed that the hall tickets of the candidates qualified for appearing the skill test/s for the posts of Stenographer Grade — III, Typist and Copyist are hosted in the official website of the High Court for the State of Telangana, in connection with the direct recruitment to the posts of Judicial Ministerial Service in the State of Telangana under the Notification Nos.1/2019 (Stenographer Grade – III), 3/2019 (Typist) and 6/2019 (Copyist), dated 31-07-2019. The candidates concerned have to download their hall ticket/s and to attend the skill test/s on 15-03-2020 as per the timings and at the venue mentioned in the hall ticket/s.
In this connection, the candidates who are appearing for the skill test/s, are permitted to wear the Mask in the examination centre as a preventive measure, in view of spreading corona virus (COVID-19).
Exam Date
The skill test for the posts of Typist and Copyist will be conducted at Hyderabad, Karim nagar and Warangal only. ”The common typing test will be conducted to the qualified candidates for the posts of Typist and Copyist. The candidates have to type the given passage on computer in ten (10) minutes @ 45 words per minute.
Exam Fees:
The candidates appearing for the skill test for the posts of Typist and Copyist have to pay Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) excluding applicable service charges. The candidates belong to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes have to pay an amount of Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) excluding applicable service charges, towards skill test fee, through online or offline challan (at TS online Centres).
General Instruction
- A passage with the speed of 120 words per minute will be dictated for a period of eight (08) minutes i.e from 11:15 AM to 11:23
- 07 minutes break will be given from 11:23 AM to 11:30
- After candidate logs into the system, 2 minutes time will be given for Mock typing test after that 1 minute of break time wherein Candidate will check keyboard and keys operation and be ready to begin the typing If any candidate’s system keys are not working during this break time they have to immediately reopen to the supervisor and get it resolved.
- 60 minutes time will be given for transcription from shorthand to longhand with the use of computers e from 11:33 AM to 12:33 PM.
- The clock will be set at the The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available for you to complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not be required to end or submit your examination.
- Do not use special keys or any key at the time of the examination, which is not necessary for the typing of the words dictated in the Do not type any special characters / symbols except those mentioned in the passage.
- During examination be patience and keep You can contact the invigilator by raising your hand for any problem, such as:-Key-board error ,Machine automatic shutdown ,Power interruption and Browser crash
- If the above mentioned technical problem occurs while the candidates are typing, then the opportunity of log-in will be provided The remaining time of the total time will be provided to the candidates for typing the passage.
- Your candidature will be cancelled if you disrupt the peace by any mean in the examination or adopt wrong methods / imitating / using restricted electronic gadgets such as Bluetooth device, mobile phone, electronic watch, camera
- Print out will not be available to the candidate after the end of the exam.
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall until the examination end
