Technopark Job Skills Required:

The candidates selected have to perform the following Skills:

• Have Working knowledge in Win 2008/2012 servers, Windows 8, Windows 10, Outlook & MS Office Suite.
• Must have Working knowledge in IT/Product support.
• Needed Basic knowledge in SQL or ORACLE
• Having Oracle certification (OCP) is added an advantage
• Should have HIS Application Implementation and support experience.

Technopark Job Roles and Responsibilities:

The Selected Candidates have to Perform Following Duties:

• Have to Perform application training (Functional and technical like installations, configurations) to client’s IT staff/end users on new functionalities/ enhancements
• Must Coordinate with Project Manager/team leads to resolve all issues within required timeframe.
• Needed to Manage and track support issues to ensure all customer issues get resolved effectively.
• Should Prepare and maintain all functional documents and communicate with clients.
• Must Work with client to schedule and train End Users on our Products and its dependent applications
• Have to Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation issues in regards to interface and information exchanges
