In the first half of Financial year TCS have hired around 43000 fresh gradates. So TCS will set a record for hiring more than 78000 candidates in financial year 2021-22. In the second quarter, TCS added 19,690 net employees, which makes the total number of employees to 528,748 as of September 30. There were totally 36.2 percent of women working in overall workforce at TCS. Because of that TCS got more attraction among women graduates and IT employees.
