TCS, CTS, Infosys and Other Major IT companies doubled the hiring rate: Demand for Entry Level jobs getting bigger!!! It is a well known thing that after Covid-19 pandemic situation the hiring rate in Information Technology sectors is sky rocketing. Demand for Talents is getting bigger and bigger, and started to surplus the supply. Due to this high range of demand India’s Biggest IT companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant and Others were doubled their hiring activity.
The attrition rate is also all time high, it reached over 19% in the second half of this fiscal year 2022. Most of the techies were leaving their jobs for better pay scale and promotion. By comparing the first half of this fiscal year the attrition rate increased over 12 percent. According to market intelligence report 4.5 Lakh jobs required to be filled in 2nd of the fiscal.

As per report over 2.5 lakh fresher likely to get job in 2022 fiscal in 30 domestic and multinational IT companies. TCS announced to hire 77000 fresher in 2022, CTS and Infosys each going to hire 45000 people. HCL set target to hire 22000 freshers Tech Mahindra going to hire 15000 candidates in the year 2022.
