Opt-Out Scheme for ICAI CA Aspirants – By Supreme Court!! The Supreme Court ordered the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to change the opt-out option available to students for the July 5 exam. CA exams: Candidates can opt out if they, family members suffer from Covid, says SC.
The ICAI has recently said that opt-out option will be provided in case the examinee himself or herself or his family members are infected with COVID-19. During the earlier hearing conducted through video-conferencing, the RT-PCR test may be negative but the person shows symptoms of COVID.

The chartered accounting (CA) examinations have attracted around 3.74 lakh students.
