Candidates should currently hold analogous posts in an analogous grade (CDA/IDA) or posts in Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years of service in Group ‘A’. Alternatively, candidates should hold posts carrying grade IDA E-7 (Rs.100000-260000/-) for a minimum of four years.
