AIESL Job Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- For Duty Manager – Maximum 55 years
- For Other posts – Maximum 28 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per the Government rules
Qualification
- Candidates must possess 10th STD/SSLC/ 10+2/Diploma or ITI in the relevant trades/BE/Graduates from a recognized board/university
- Candidates applying for the Duty Manager position are required to have a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Should be proficient in use of PC
- Must be in possession of LMV
- Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.
AIESL Job Salary
The selected candidates will get a salary of Rs.18, 840/- to Rs.45, 000/- per month
AIESL Job Selection Process
The selection process will include the following stages:
- Personal/Virtual Interview
- Trade Test comprise of Trade Knowledge and Driving test
- Physical Endurance Test (like Weight lifting, running)
