Management Trainee Eligibility at OPTCL

• Candidate’s age should between 21 years and 32 years. Age limit must be calculated as on 01.05.2021. Age relaxation will be given to SC, ST, PWD, Women, Ex-servicemen and SEBC as per government norms.

OPTCL MT Salary:

Selected candidate for the post of Management trainee initially paid for Rs. 24,000 per month for the training period. After completing training period 1-year candidate will be appointed as Assistant Manager and get paid for Rs. 56,100/- to Rs.1,77,500/- per month.

OPTCL Management Trainee Selection Process:
