OMC Careers 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate age limit should not above 55 years as on 31.05.2021 is mandatory to apply for OMC Recruitment 2021. Candidate must fulfil the age limit criteria, if failed then they would be evicted by selection committee.

Education Qualification

Candidate should have passed B.E/ B.Tech /B.Sc Engineering in any discipline is Mandatory. MBA/PGDM with specialization in Material/Supply Chain Management from any University/Institute is desirable.

Required Experience

Candidate must have at least 20 years of experience in core Industry out of which minimum 10 years of experience in Contract & Procurement Function OR Experience in PSU / Govt. Sector shall be an added advantage. Candidate should be well conversant with SAP MM Module is preferred.

OMC Jobs 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a Scale of Pay in Rs. 1,27,100/- to Rs. 2,16,300/- per month and the Initial basic pay is Rs. 1,38,800/- per month from the respective board. For further details about the salary candidates are advised to refer the notification.

OMC Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

• Candidates are shortlisted based on Career, Higher Education and Experience. Shortlisted candidates shall be called for personal interview in descending order. Total marks for Personal interview is 30.
• And the eligible candidates will be called to produce original documents on personal interview. The final Selection shall be made on the basis of the scores secured in base career, higher education, additional experience and in the personal interview.
