To apply for the Advisor position in NALCO Recruitment 2022, a candidate’s age must not exceed 63 years as of June 30, 2022. Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates with a postgraduate degree or diploma in management and/or law will be given preference. The candidates must have worked as a Class I or higher official in the Odisha Administrative Services (SAG) or a Class I official in the Central Government.

The salary ranges from Rs.60, 000 to Rs.80, 000 per month for this position. The candidates will be shortlisted based on relevant work experience, and their evaluation will be done through a personal interview.
