You are responsible for establishing a best-in-class UI/IX throughout Citi Consumer Bank’s website and supporting the adoption of the existing CMS platform as UI/UX lead and CMS SME. You’ll collaborate closely with local marketing teams, external content partners, and the regional technology team to promote the usage of current and/or new content pieces to improve the customer experience and aid in the conversion of digital sales.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal site performance and providing advise on how to improve loading speed, capacity, and other factors. You’ll also use your knowledge to optimise and recommend improvements to the current operational procedures so that content development and distribution may happen faster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX of Citi Consumer Bank’s website to enable a holistic and unified experience across products.
• Leverage existing Drupal widgets and templates to build website user journeys and apply personalized experiences with Adobe Experience Cloud
• Support the adoption of the existing CMS platform across 17 APAC & EMEA markets from current legacy platform, your role is to work closely with local marketing teams and country CMS SME to support the adoption of existing widgets, forms, templates etc. to support sales conversion.
• Analyze the business requirements and advice on the feasibility from a technology point of view. Promote the use of exiting content fragments instead of requesting new developments when possible.
