Microsoft to Stop its ‘Made for India’ Messaging App Kaizala by 2023 – This is the Reason!!! Microsoft has announced that it will discontinue its ‘Made for India’ messaging app Kaizala from 2023. That means tech giant Microsoft is going to shut down Kaizala on August 31 next year. According to a ZDNet report, support and access to the Kaizala service will end after August 31, 2023.

Until then, existing customers can continue to use the Kaizala service, it said. However, it has been announced that no new users will be allowed to use the Kaizala app. Instead they are sent directly to groups for chat, meetings and calling. Microsoft’s statement to its partners about the sudden decision revealed that, many Kaisala users have Office 365 or Microsoft 365 licenses but those have not fully activated.
