JOSAA Counselling 2022: Website Launched!!! Details about IIT, IIIT, and NIT Admission Process Here.The website for e-counselling services for admission to engineering institutions has been opened, weeks after the announcement of JEE Principal 2022 results. College students who have passed the JEE Principal engineering entrance exam are qualified to enroll with the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
High engineering school seats will be distributed using a common platform. There are 114 institutions that accept students through JoSAA, including 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs, and 33 other-Authorities-funded Technical Institutes (Different-GFTIs).
The JoSAA will offer six sessions of counselling. If any seats in the NIT+ system (apart from those at IITs) remain unfilled after the conclusion of JoSAA-2022 counselling, two special rounds, referred to as CSAB-Specific Rounds, must be conducted.
The Josaa schedule, meanwhile, has not yet been released. The registration period for the first round of the counselling course last year commenced on October 16. This year, a similar plan is anticipated to be implemented. Those who pass the engineering admission exam must first sign up to participate in the counselling programme.
College students have to make choices about the professors and programmes they want to enrol in. An inventory will be started and based on each option and benefit. College students will then have the option of accepting the seat that is offered, freezing it, floating it, or letting it go and looking ahead to the next record. There will be a total of six rounds.
Those that choose a seat must pay payment payment, report back to the respective faculty for doc verification and save their seat.
JoSAA counselling 2021: Paperwork Wanted: Three passport dimension pictures, just like the one used for JEE Principal registration, Scanned copy of the signature, Class 10 mark sheet to be handled as age proof, Class 12 mark sheet, Authorities-issued picture id proof like voter, Aadhar Card, Caste certificates, if relevant, JEE Principal rating card, JEE Principal admit card, JEE Superior admit card, JEE Superior end result.
For college kids who’ve cleared JEE Principal NIT, IIIT, and GFTIs shall be obtainable. The IITs will solely be obtainable for college students who’ve cleared JEE Superior.
