Indian Overseas Bank Eligibility Criteria 2021:

• Candidate should be a Retired Bank Employee Should has retired on attaining superannuation or vrs should be a resident of the same or nearby locality, in the same district.
• Should be well conversant with the local language, Preference will be given to Graduate/Post Graduate from a UGC recognized University. But in the absence of prescribed educational qualification, minimum of 20 years of experience in banking field can be taken in to consideration for appointment.

IOB Eligibility Criteria 2021: Experience

• Candidates should possess sound Knowledge on Banking, Law and Finance with excellent communication and team building skills.
• Applicants should have an unblemished service record and should be a person of high integrity and should possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.
• Aspirants should possess computer knowledge, especially in programmes like MS Word, Power Point Excel and should be able to browse internet to keep him updated.

IOB Age Limit 2021:

Candidates Age should not exceed 65 years of the time of initial engagement.

IOB Salary 2021:

• A consolidated amount of Rs.13000/- per month will be paid as remuneration package for Pampady and Kuttipuram and consolidated amount of Rs 15000/- per month will be paid for Nileswar.
• In addition other said remuneration, the FLC will be paid a lump sum amount of Rs.2500/- month, towards mobile and conveyance charge on self-declaration. No other allowance/reimbursement of expenses will be admissible.

IOB Selection Process 2021:

The eligible candidates will be called for written test and personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard shall be final.
