- Manage, monitor, and keep records for each facility cost incurred in accordance with the proper budget vs actual cost, and report on variances.
- Should coordinate with all vendors to ensure that bills are received on time and processed on a monthly basis.
- According to the terms and conditions of the service agreement with vendors, bill vetting, bill submission to the finance department, and proper follow up for payment processing with the finance team are required.
- With the support of the facility head, we were able to complete all internal audit requirements.
- Ensure proper budget tracking for both scheduled and unscheduled expenses.
- Shall ensure that agreements are properly organised in a systematic manner to facilitate document trails
