Candidates who have graduated or are in their last year of schooling and have a minimum of 60% in aggregate or comparable CGPA in the relevant educational qualification are eligible to apply.

Shortlisting of applications will be based on the individuals’ preferred entries and normalised marks in their qualifying degree. NCC ‘C’ certificate holders would be offered a 5% cutoff mark waiver when applying for SSB shortlisting. Short Service Commissions will be issued to selected applicants for a period of 10 years, renewable for a total of 04 years in two terms (02 years + 02 years), subject to service requirements, performance, medical eligibility, and candidate desire. Candidates who have been shortlisted for the SSB interview will be notified subsequently.
