Branch Sales Manager:

• Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
• Maintain the productivity of the sales officers (SOs)
• Meet the business targets
• Identify sales opportunities
• Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
• Generate leads for new business and customers
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch

Business Analyst:

• Oversees all aspects of system analysis, design, development, maintenance, assesses the Business
• Requirements, evaluates possible technical solutions and recommendations
• Determine work priorities and schedules work assignments
• Ensure the applications are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies, policies and practices
• Should be able to manage multiple cross-functional projects concurrently
• Coordinate projects with business users, development staff, support staff and infrastructure teams
• Identify, recommend and prioritize application features in conjunction with business users and others

 Application Owner:

• Application owner with experience & sound knowledge in
• Application development Java and .net programming background to drive projects with development team and vendor,
• Deployment across components like (web logic, IIS), Oracle DB
• Good communication skill to interact with business, vendor on requirement scope finalization and solution building,
• Interaction with support team on production issue closure, patching and maintenance activity (OS Linux, windows, DB – Oracle, Oracle – web logic, Microsoft – IIS)
• ITG compliance and closure of vulnerability on UAT, production environment
