HDB Financial Services Eligibility Criteria
Branch Operation Executive: Candidates should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University. Applicant needed to have minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience in related field. Candidate should have skills in Operations, Operation executive, File disbursement, etc.,
Gold Loan Executive: Candidate should completed graduation with 2 to 3 years of work experience in related field. Candidate should have skills in Gold loan officer, gold appraiser and gold valuation.
Collection Associate – Recovery: There is no minimum educational qualification given to apply for the post of Collection Associate in HDB FS.
HDBFS Roles and Responsibilities
Branch Operation Executive: Candidate is responsible for Entire Operation Process, KYC Verification and File Disbursement. Candidate has to Handle Customers queries and Resolving problems. Brach Operation executive have to track cases in following manner. Candidate is responsible for handling the Sub Sequent and release the amount according to the Demand letters from the Builders.
Gold Loan Executive: Candidate needed to have Good Communication skills and pleasant personality. Applicant should have good knowledge in Gold Appraising and Valuation. Applicant will get paid for Rs. 180000 to Rs. 240000 per month.
Collection Associate – Recovery: Applicant should build strategies with a view to minimize delinquency and avoid losses of high value loan. Candidate have to manage cash and responsible for bucket collection. Candidate have to manage relationships with the company’s client and their clients to enhance the company collections efforts
