- Analyzing Warehouse / Logistic level weekly/ Monthly Performance.
- Ensuring that SCM TAT & CPS (Cost) Targets are achieved.
- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards the common, shared objectives
- Extremely strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Build pipelines by grooming the team and preparing them for the next level.
