As of the last date of application, the applicant’s age should not exceed 64 years. For a consultant in the Technical Level-Retired from the CDA Scale with a substantive grade of Level 8 of the 7 CPC or equivalent IDA Scale or holding a similar appointment. A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
