DOT Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- For consultant in Technical Level-Retired from CDA Scale with a substantive grade of Level 8 of the 7 CPC or equivalent IDA Scale or holding analogous post.
- Preference will be given to applicants with desired experience from DoT/ BSNL MTNL background. However, BSNL/MTNL retirees under VRS-2019 will not be considered for engagement of consultants in accordance with DoT order No. 1 50(1y2018-E&C-Part (1), dated 14.6.2021.

Candidate should not be more than 64 years of age on the last date of application.

DOT Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
A selection game shall be constituted for this purpose and it will head for a period of 6 months. The decision of the department in the matter of selection Consultant (Technical) shall be finding binding.
DOT Recruitment 2022 Salary Package:
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract. No increment and Dearness Allowance shall be allowed during the term of the contract.

Applications received after the dee date will not be considered.
