BOB releases IBA Recruitment 2021, Salary: Rs. 1, 58,000/- per month!!!. Bank of Baroda has published Indian Bank’s Association (IBA) Recruitment Notification for the post of Senior Advisor on a contract basis of 1 vacancy on its official site. BOB Notification Eligibility:

• As per the official notification, candidate’s age limit should not exceed 62 years as on 31 March 2021. Candidates who are all fall in the age limit of below 62 years will be eligible to apply mean while candidates who are all have the age limit of above 62 years can not apply for this Bank of Baroda Notification.
• The qualification needed is Candidates who have retired as GM/CGM of Public Sector Banks/RBI/or equivalent post in Private Sector Banks. In addition to the qualification, the board also notifies the experience needed for the applicants to apply for this recruitment as stated below.
• Candidate should have at least 5 year’s relevant experience. Applicants must have the aforesaid experience to apply for this opening. Candidates who are all not having the experience are not eligible to apply for this recruitment. For more details candidates are advised to refer the below attached official notification.

Bank of Baroda Vacancies 2021 Details:

Engagement will be on contract basis for a period not exceeding 3 years. IBA will not be providing any accommodation and the selected candidate should make his own arrangement for the same. Indian Banks’ Association Salary:

The Selected candidates for the posts of Senior Advisor in Indian Bank’s Association will receive pay scale of Rs. 1,58,000/- per month (all inclusive) + Reimbursement of Conveyance Expenses of Rs.15000/- + Reimbursement of Telephone Expenses of Rs.2,000/- per month. Further details about the salary will be informed for the selected candidates at the time of appointment

IBA Senior Advisor Job Role:

A senior advisor must also conduct research and analysis, inspect issues, implement policies, and devise strategies that will benefit the association. Key responsibilities will primarily include issues related to Financial Inclusion, Government Schemes, MSME, Microfinance, Priority sector lending, etc.
