In India due to covid 19 pandemic period, the IT sector has been unable to hire the fresh candidates for the long period of time. Until the second half of this business year the sector of IT get frozen. Now the big IT companies need to take large number of talented peoples. They need lot of fresh and intelligent employees for their IT sector.
The first class IT companies like TCS , Infosys , Wipro , Cognizant have to double up their hiring method now they are ready to take double the number of talented people , instead of the number they always need. In the second half of this business year gross addition of over four and half lakh jobs are get vacant.

In the comparison to the last year of 2020 this year get twelve percent increment to the gross addition. In the second half of the year, FY22 it gets higher to 7 – 19 percentage. By this big hiring , about 2,50,000 fresher’s are likely to be added in the second half of the business year 2022 fiscal by more than 30 domestic and multinational IT company sectors in the country.
IT major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has already launched plans to hire 77,000 fresher’s , and Cognizant and Infosys planned to hire 45,000 each, while HCL planned to hire 22,000 and Tech Mahindra are targeting to hire and 15000 for this year after pandemic.
