Anna University Online Re-Exam for students (Time Table/Schedule/Date): Order of the Minister of Higher Education Ponmudi. Anna university has postponed the semester exams scheduled to be held in November and December due to the spread of Corona. Following this, the semester exams were conducted online last February. In that examination, there are more than 4 lakh students was participated.

Chief Minister M.K.Stalin held consultations with the ministers at his residence in Alwarpet, Chennai. The consultation meeting was attended by Ministers including Higher Education Minister Ponmudi and School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh. The Chief Minister is said to have consulted on the examination system mess written by the engineering students in this consultation.

Speaking to reporters after the consultation, Minister Ponmudi said the decision has been taken to resolve the grievances of the students. Last November and December, 25% of the students passed the season exam written by Anna University students. Of the 4.25 lakh candidates, only 1.10 passed the exam.

Highlights:

  1. The re-election will be held in February 2021 in view of the various irregularities in the examination.
  2. These students do not have to pay the examination fee for this examination.
  3. Students who have been declared successful in the examination held in February can also write this examination if they wish.
  4. The examination will be held for 3 hours as Online Examination. The old quizzes followed before the University Corona will be followed respectively. These examinations will be conducted in the same manner as other universities in Tamil Nadu.
  5. The upcoming April / May 2021 season exams will be conducted in the above manner.

Examinations for degrees at other universities

Examinations for the degree courses, which are currently suspended due to the curfew, will continue from May 25. Notices will be issued by the respective universities. Students are asked to use the curfew to prepare for the exam.
