Amazon Career 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidates should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
• 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following: Microsoft Administration, Linux Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI)
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high availability environment
• 5+ years of experience with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP
• 5+ years of experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
• 5+ years IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery

Key job responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Network Engineering & Network Technical Project Manager teams to ensure fast, smooth rollout of new designs and products.
• TCP/IP networking knowledge
• Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with common networking terms and fabric-based network design.
• Manage work and priorities through ticketing system and workflow.
• Collaborate with various stake holders or vendors to execute projects.
• Troubleshooting cabling infrastructure connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
• Experience in Linux, Microsoft, and network systems administration
• Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high priority projects
• Excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with major Internet routing protocols, BGP, OSPF.
• Ethernet and IP networking knowledge and experience in the application of IP protocols.
