Eligibility Criteria:

• The Eligibility criteria for Mgr-Sys Engrg-AWS Certified post is Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 04 or more years of work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Container orchestration and networking in Kubernetes.
• Architect and build highly available systems with a focus on security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
• Test our system integrity, implement designs, application developments and other processes related to infrastructure, making development and running experiments easy.
• Apply cloud (AWS) computing skills to automate, deploy upgrades and fixes (including one touch AMI rehydrations).
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines), utilizing best practices in continuous integration.
• Optimize our products’ computing architecture.
• Implement the data masking algorithms to enable log and DB masking and enable more access to the offshore team.
• Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for our business to improve.

Skills:

• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience building teams from scratch & managing minimum 20+ member matrix & diverse teams.
• Six or more years of experience in project and people management.
• PMP certification.
• Strong track record of leading complex programs in product space with best quality.
• Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders across onshore and offshore teams and setting and driving organization priorities and goals.
• Strong technical knowledge on java, angular, micro services, srpingboot & building application using AWS cloud.
• Good understanding of Customer Journey Experience and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience Develops Pipeline using Jenkins & Strong knowledge of agile development principles.

Desired Skills:

• Overall understanding of Digital strategy and ability to map out the same for the enterprise.
• Successful track record of working directly with Operations and Implementation team along with Commercial Customers supporting product launch and post support.
