By analyzing the report of the Naukri it is clear that, impact of work was voted highest by around 66 per cent of respondents followed by work culture (64 percent), and job location (62 percent). Quality and impact of work (66 percent) is the main thing for the women workers but not like this the men employees want work culture (65 per cent). However the Job location is the top most consideration of the female workers.
