As such, Harsh Goenka, CEO of RPG Group has said that his company’s employees working from home may not be a long-term option. So far RPG Group has allowed half of its employees to work in hybrid mode.

Saurabh Govil, President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Wipro said that employees have also been given the facility to work from home. So they are not under any pressure to come to the office. Similarly, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) CEO and Managing Director Rajesh Gopinathan said that 20% of employees have returned to the office and others are continuing to work in hybrid mode. Besides Mahindra Group has asked the employees to return to the office on all working days of the first week of August.
