Work From Home Will End Soon – Return to the Office Became Employers’ Preference!!! After the impact of the covid pandemic in India, many offices are now inviting their employees back to the office. According to the C-Suite survey by Colliers and Awfis, 75 to 100 percent of employees have returned to the office in 35 percent of companies across the country. It also includes hybrid working model.
Now nearly 74 percent of businesses have found a way to convert people by focusing on location by considering the company’s productivity increases. So does employee’s freedom. The telecom and consulting sectors in India are recording high turnover with 75 to 100 percent of employees returning to the office. In this regard, Ramesh Nair, India CEO and Managing Director, Market Development, Asia, said that since the pandemic occupied from various sectors have been working as housing groups in flexible centers across the cities.
He noted that occupiers could fine flexible spaces as a better option for work. Meanwhile, more than 54 percent of workers in the IT and ITES sectors prefer distributed workspaces. In the last month the central government has given some flexibility to the employees who are working in all SEZs on the demand of providing a uniform WFH policy across the country.
