TCS Work from Home Jobs: WFH Continued Even After the Covid-19 Ends? Many top Information Sector companies adopt their working culture to the Work from Home mode after the rise of Covid-19 virus to the worldwide. Employees liked this working model because they have the chance to take care of their family along with their office work. And also the workers get lot of stress at the WFH.
After the decrease of Covid-19, IT companies let their workers to work at the hybrid model. That is workers are not need to come to the office or working place for all days in a week to work. They had gone to office only for 2 or 3 days in a week. Leading IT sector HCL following this working model. Another top IT giant Tata Consulting Services-TCS has introduced a remote working policy for employees. The project will be known as the ’25X25 Model’.
TCS want to appoint youngsters in its company jobs in the company branches at 46 countries. Last month an official email sent by the TCS official’s o the employees. The Email reads, only a quarter of the total employees report directly to the offices. TCS CHRO Miland Lakkad had earlier stated that “the main objective of the transition to the 25/25 model is to bring people back to the offices first and gradually implement a hybrid work mode”.
