We should concentrate on our perspective, surroundings, and opportunity to mark this transition. The largest adjustment we need to make right away is to our thinking. The environment, which provides infrastructure to help women professionals, comes in second. Culture-fit possibilities come in third. NehaBagaria, CEO and Founder of JobsForHer, commented on the report’s findings, saying, “It is encouraging to see some organisations take a step in the right way to make the workplace more women-friendly.
