• Order management Officer
• Manages Customer relationship through providing daily operational support, Communicates all relevant information and ensures Customer’s satisfaction regarding the activities in scope, Keeps Customer informed of progress at all stages, Assures interface between partners, support sales, credit & collections, support business, delivery, process development and the customer
• Processes all the order management requests (quote validation and order processing) in a timely manner and according to the Customer’s instructions / procedures
• Manages all transaction processing activities, finding solutions and giving answers to raised queries / issues
• Ensures that Service Level Agreement is met at individual level
• MS Exchange Administrator
• The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction.
• Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high prioritytickets/ service
• Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based onservice requests
• 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, tomanage client expectations and ensure zero escalations
• Citrix Administrator
• The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage client’s software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLA’s ensuring client satisfaction
• Provide an acceptance and immediate resolution to the high priority tickets/ service
• Installing and configuring software/ hardware requirements based on service requests
• 100% adherence to timeliness as per the priority of each issue, to manage client expectations and ensure zero escalations
• Subject Matter expert
• The purpose of this role to deliver great customer service/experience by effectively acknowledging, tracking, and prioritizing all client cases as per the regulatory guidelines, and ensuring resolution as per the defined SLAs, by allocating the same to the relevant support team.
• Acknowledge client cases as per the SLA’s defined in the contract
• Access client tool and log all incoming client cases accurately on the internal tool as per contract
• Accurately document all pertinent case information such as case number, case type, etc. of daily cases received
