RPA Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation and tracking of a specific short-term automation project with a base automation product.

Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with the Solutions Team, Creates a detailed work plan (project plan) which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Automation, Determines and plans for the pre-requisites (access, ids source application requirements etc.), Reviews the project schedule with senior management and all other stakeholders that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.

Technical Lead

• The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.
• Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team
• Support the team in improving performance parameters by providing technical support and process guidance
• Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
• Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolve all client queries

Project Manager

• The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery
• Deploy optimum project delivery structure post transition/ migration phase by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement
• Create quarterly project charter with well-defined weekly project trajectory as per the project specifications & requirements and ensure 100% adherence in terms of schedule, quality, efforts and costs
• Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLA’s, information security protocols and etc (all customer’s contractual obligations)
