Wipro Again Imposing A Retraining Test For Freshers: Wipro one of the most famous IT company which is imposing a new test for freshers to select them for the team, if they failed then they will be terminated said the report. According to the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), the company is planning this to eliminate the freshers.
The company already conducts the velocity training program to select suitable candidates for their firm. Many aspirants have gone through their training and waited so long to on-board. Now the company is again imposing another test. Over 100 employees will be affected behalf of this decision.
The employees have to score at least 60% of marks in Project Readiness Program (PRP) training, if they failed, then for them the company plans to give a pink slip, as per the source. This upsets the employees of the firm and many of them are speaking against this program.
