Many companies are planning to replace AI with human jobs. Recently, IBM CEO Mr. Arvind Krishna in a recent interview states that they are considering to replace AI for humans.
International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) is one of the top hardware and software manufacturing companies. Its CEO further states that the company plans to replace AI for 30% of workers in the next 5 years. This would be around 7,800 jobs, which seems to be in various sectors of the company.
According to the report, the company recently freezes the hiring process for all posts including the HR post. The company also announced a round of layoffs, expected that this would impact around 5000 employees. Even though some officials also strongly believe that AI cannot completely replace human jobs as they are not like human brains.
