Likewise, Whatsapp has introduced a new feature called Whatsapp poll. This Whatsapp poll feature allows users to create polls and vote on the chat page.
Also, it is reported that it is not limited to group admins and works in both individual and group chats. In a tweet about this, WhatsApp said, “The polls have arrived! Now making decisions in group chat is even easier and fun.” Now, customers can access the in-chat poll feature by opening the chat page on WhatsApp and clicking on the ‘Plus’ or ‘Paperclip’ icon in the message box.

In this when you click on the ‘Poll’ option, WhatsApp asks you to submit a key question with 12 different possible options as answers. Also, users can select multiple options in the poll, delete the option, and change the answer. Apart from this, you can also choose the ‘View Votes’ option to know who has viewed the poll.
