WDRA recruitment 2020 Educational Qualification:
Candidates who are willing to apply for these posts must possess the following educational qualification as respect to the post.
- Director (IT) – – Possessing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent degree or Master of Science in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology from a Government of India recognized University
- Under Secretary (Administration & Finance) – Possessing a degree from a Government recognized University or Institute.
- Deputy Director – Possessing degree or Post Graduate Diploma in relevant sector from a Government of India recognized Institute or University
- Principal Private Secretary – possessing stenography speed of a minimum of eighty words per minute and a minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi.
- Assistant Director (IT) – Degree in Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent or Master of Science in Electronics and Communication/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Application.
- Section Officer (Technical) – Possessing degree in any Biological Sciences (including Agriculture) from a recognized university
- Private Secretary – possessing stenography speed of a minimum of eighty words per minute and a minimum typing speed of thirty-five words per minute in English or thirty words per minute in Hindi.

Candidates must have the following experience as respect to the post.
Director (IT)
- Five years experience in the relevant field in level 12
- Ten years experience in relevant field in level 11
Under Secretary (Administration & Finance)
- Five years’ service on regular basis in posts in the level 10
Deputy Director
- Five years’ service on regular basis in posts in level 10
Principal Private Secretary
- Five years of regular service in Stenography line in the level 9
Assistant Director (IT)
- Two years’ service on regular basis in posts in level 7
- Six years’ service on regular basis in posts in the relevant field in level 6
Section Officer (Technical)
- Two years of regular service in the level 7
Private Secretary
- Five years of regular service in the level 4
