In reference to the recruitment notice no: CMOH/(SPG)/DH & FWS/2345 Dated 27-02-2019 & FWS/11019 Dated 25-11-2019, the following candidates are hereby engaged for the position of Laboratory Technician & Staff Nurse on contract basis under National Urban Health Mission.

Selected candidates are requested to report to the secretary DH & FW Samiti, South 24 Parganas and Chief Medical Officer of Health, South 24 Parganas within 23.03.2020 otherwise the candidature on the presumption of non willing to join the service.
The mentioned candidates are hereby engaged as per terms and conditions below:
- The order of engagement will take effect from the date he/she joins the post.
- The engagement is purely contractual by nature and automatically will be terminated after 31.03.2020 and may be extended further on the basis of satisfactory performance.
- The service may be terminated by one month’s notice on either side.
- The candidates are directed to attend the office of the chief medical officer of Health, South 24 Parganas with one non judicial Stamp paper worth One hundred Rupees only with one Blank Demy Paper along with downloaded engagement order. They are further directed to bring one original photo identity proof, age proof along with original WBNC/INC/SMF(WB) Registration certificate and caste proof from 12.03.2020 to 23.03.2020 on working days only.
- After joining at the office of the CMOH, South 24 Parganas the candidates are requested to report for joining to their respective places of posting within the next day of joining at the CMOH Office.
- Any person fails to join within the stipulated period his engagement order may be cancelled without further reference to him. The engagement Authority reserves the right of not allowing candidates to join beyond the stipulated joining time.
- No TA/DA is admissible for joining.
