UP CM Launched Scheme for Orphan Child Who Lost Their Parents Due to COVID 19- Check UP Bal Seva Yojna Details!!!

Uttar Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Sewa Yojna: Uttar Pradesh CM has launched a scheme that provides financial aid and support for the children who had lost their parents in COVI 19. The scheme was named as “Uttar Pradesh Mukhyamantri Bal Sewa Yojna”. As per the scheme, each children who belongs to the mentioned category will get Rs.4000/- per month for their survival and studies.

COVID 19 Impacts:

COVID 19 pandemic made many changes. It also changes the life style of many people. Many children have lost their mother/ father or both. The lost their household caring. They need support from guardians. But some children have lost their guardian also. UP government is one of the states that act fast for the helpless students. As per the recent report, there are 3,810 children whose mother, father or legal guardian died due to COVID-19. The government has taken the responsibility of these children.

Financial Support:

At present, an advance 3-month allowance (of Rs 4,000 for each month) is being given to these 4,050 children. So, totally 12, 000 for each such child got. The Uttar Pradesh CM also announced that “Atal Awasiya Vidyalayas are being set up in 18 divisions of UP. Covid orphans in the age group of 11-18 years will be given free education in these institutions.” The state government also announced free education for such children.

The state government has planned to help the child for their marriage also. As per the announcement, the amount of Rs.1, 01,000/- will be given by the state government for the marriage of each orphaned girls. He also announced, laptops/ tabs were also provided to eligible children under the scheme.

Advice for Teachers, Professors:

The Chief minister of the Uttar Pradesh has advised and request all professors and teachers to adopt at least one child who needs help due to lose of their parents. And he also advised to give them support and take care of them. “Take care of one such student (Covid orphan) and invite him/her to your home once a month,” the governor advised teachers.

Another Schemes:

The CM has announced that, the state also working on another schemes for the children who lost their parent due to non- COVID dead or any other reasons. The statement of the CM is “Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana has been launched for children whose parents succumbed to coronavirus. The government is working on another scheme for the welfare of children who lost their parents or legal guardians to non-Covid ailments,”
